Apparently it is possible to have comparatively tight and well fitting test tube cap even from hard (PLA) materials.

Idea is to have outer/entrance radius slightly larger than test tube and inner radius slightly smaller. Internal cap radius keeps gradually decreasing. This provides tight fit.
